For those keen on Sabah’s history, tradition, and culture, we have the Mari Mari Cultural Village (MMCV), located at Kionsom, Inanam. Here, you will get a glimpse of life back in the olden days by showing you the five major ethnics in Sabah: Bajau the cowboy, Lundayeh the fisherman and hunters, Rungus the longhouse resident, Kadazandusun the rice farmer, and the most feared headhunter’s ethnic, Murut.
Secondly, have you heard about the Mermaid Island of Sabah? Which is also called Mantanani Island. It is one of the beautiful islands with its crystal clear blue sea. Other activities are also available such as diving, snorkelling, sea kayaking, sunset tours, and island trekking. It is the perfect place for a getaway with family and friends. Do not forget to capture every moment you spend there as time will pass, but memories remain forever.
Do you also know that Kundasang is the little Switzerland of Sabah? Because of its majestic view of Mount Kinabalu and cold wind breeze that brings us the vibe of being in Switzerland, making Sabah a unique place for you to visit. Kundasang is one of the top-visited places here in Sabah because of the tourist attraction rich with the beauty of its nature and exciting activities. Also, the Poring Hot spring, Ranau, is one of the top-visited places in Sabah for it is infused with Sulphur and other essential minerals that are very good for health and can improve blood circulation for the body. Usually, after the tiresome climbing Mount Kinabalu, the climbers will visit the Poring Hot Spring for a relaxing soak and scenic beauty.
Sabah is known for its various exciting tourist attractions. They have beautiful and well-preserved scenic beauties of land and sea, amazing islands, unique culture, and ethnic diversity. Sabahans are also friendly and welcoming in nature, which has always been a trait in our characters. Before, in the olden days, our ancestors taught us to respect and be kind to one another and with nature.
