International Students

  1. APPLICATION
    • Online Application – An applicant must complete the online application form at www.almacrest.edu.my
    • Walk-in – An applicant may apply directly to AIC premises or may complete the application form with any of the AIC Marketing representatives.
  2. SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS
    • High School Diploma / K10 Certificates
    • Form 137-A / NCAA Result / Report Card
    • Good Moral Certificate
    • Valid Passport
    • 4 Copies of Passport Size Photo
  3. VERIFICATION PROCESS
    • AIC Registrar will verify the applicant’s submitted documents.
  4. INITIAL PAYMENT PROCEDURES –
    • Application Fee
    • Resource Fee
    • Visa Fee with renewal
    • Insurance Fee
  5. Visa Dan Rujukan PROCESSING [Visa and Reference / Calling Visa]
    • AIC will submit all required documents to Malaysian Immigration for VDR processing.
    • Malaysian Immigration will sent the VDR to AIC.
    • AIC will send the original copy of the VDR to the Applicants.
    • The applicant should submit the VDR letter to the nearest Malaysian Embassy in his/her country of origin before its expiration date.
  6. ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
    • The applicant will submit the following upon his/her arrival in AIC.
  7. STUDENT VISA PROCESSING

Note: It is highly advisable that during the processing of the VDR application, the applicant should be in his/her Country of origin.
